考生结束了所有本科自考课程，并完成了论文和答辩，就进入了最后的申请学士学位的程序，申请学位的条件和具体手续大致如下： 一、申请学士学位条件 考生通过高等教育自学考试计划的全部课程(含笔试 口试 实习 实验)，毕业论文经答辩成绩优良且一次通过，思想品德经鉴定各个符合要求者，按照国务院学位办<<关于授予成人高等教育本科毕业生学位的暂行规定>>及有关规定，由有学位授予权的主考院校授予相应学科学位。如论文答辩没有通过，必须补作，补作合格者可以获得本科毕业证书，但不授予学位。此外，各主考院校可能会有自己的规定，考生应予以注意。领取学位证书时间一般在领取本科毕业证书后顺延半年。学位证书签署时间是各高校学位委员会批准的时间。 二、学位资格限制 凡符合条件的高等教育自学考试的本科毕业生均有一次申报资格，第一次未通过者以后不再补办。 三、申报学位程序 1 、高等教育自学考试本科毕业生符合学士学位审批条件，于发毕业证的同时（一般3月初）向当地教育考试院或自学考试办公室提出申请，填写学士学位表一式2 份，交近期2寸免冠照片一张。 2 、市考试院或自考办对申请人档案材料（包括本科毕业生鉴定表、毕业论文原件及论文成绩单）和毕业生填写的学士学位评定表进行审定，无误后，于3 月底报省考试院。 3 、省考试院整理汇总各市地申报的学士学位材料，进行初审，初审合格者将考生档案材料与学土学位名册于每年4 月推荐给有授予权的主考学校。 4 、6月底主考学校学士学位主管部门和学术委员会按要求对申请学位者逐个评审，评审合格，授予学士学位，未通过者不再补授。 四、不授予对象 高等教育自学考试本科毕业生有下列情况之一者，不能授予学士学位： （1）有违反四项基本原则的言行，或受学校及工作单位纪律、行政处分者； （2）考试期间，有违纪、舞弊行为受到处理者； （3）未取得申请学士学位外国语统考合格证书者； 五、学位外国语考试 考生在学期间每人最多可参加三次外国语考试（包括毕业后一次）。毕业后可参加一次学位外语考试（上半年毕业者须参加当年学位外语考试，下半年毕业者可参加次年考试）。 六、授予学位程序 1 、参加学位外国语考试的考生在各主考学校报名。 2 、符合学士学位授予条件拟申请学位者，须持本科毕业证书和外国语考试合格证，到主考学校学位办申请并填写本科毕业生学士学位申请表，经工作单位或有关学校审核，省自考办审核成绩后，交主考学校成教院（自考中心），报学校学位委员会审核。 3 、高等教育自学考试本科毕业生申请学位者应向主考学校学位主管部门交纳考务、评审等费用，具体标准按有关文件精神执行。同时向主考学校缴纳一科次的报名费。 4 、主考学校学位办将评审结果等相关材料报送省学位办备案，同时送省自考办一份备查。 七、补授情况 往届未授予学士学位的高等教育自学考试本科毕业生，一律不再补授。没有统一的教材和辅导书
