大学生暑假社会实践报告---古人曰：“逝者如斯夫，不舍昼夜”。短暂又难忘的实习旅程就像白驹过隙般，飞速而逝，而这其间的感受也像五味瓶——酸甜苦辣咸一应俱全，在每日紧张充实的工作环境中不觉间已经走过了两个月的实习期，回首这两个月的实习期，内心充满着激动，也让我有着无限的感慨。 2010年6月26日晚上，六百多人踏上了去富士康的旅途，经过一夜的颠簸，来到了深圳富士康观澜的人才招募市场，通过体检、存档等几道关卡，加上当时还下着小雨，大家已经筋疲力尽了，在宿舍楼里就席地而坐，只等着汽车来接我们去厂区。天色渐渐的晚去，看着其他学校的学生被一批批接走，大部分同学心中就有了不爽，找老师理论，在老师也无能为力的情况下，有好几个同学就回家了。看着招募市场人渐渐的少去，同学们的心情和争吵声是一波未平息另一波又起，在这种氛围中，一个貌似负责的人过来说：“你们学校的学生素质也太低了，这里每个地方都挂了警告牌不要吸烟，你们都视若无物，并且老师还带头抽，要是还这样，你们就可以回去了，这里不欢迎没素质人！”当时我听了就非常的气氛，全身被雨淋湿了，真想扔下手中的包去找他理论，但理智告诉我不要冲动，气也只能气我们学生部争气，况且淋湿的不止我一个人，所以只能劝大家放宽心怀，早点到厂区就好了。最后我们终于被送到了厂区，由于我身体被湿透了，在接下来培训几天中，我发烧到了40度，当时我就在埋怨:这里也太不人性化了吧，难怪有人跳楼，看着大家都被雨淋湿了，有什么做得不对的可以说啊，早知道就不来了！俗话说雨后总能见彩虹，培训期间，公司把他们的福利及待遇通过行动证明给我们看，让我记忆犹新的是一次培训到了午饭的时间，外面是下着大雨，大家提议让食堂员工送过来，在吃饭的时候，看着他们都被雨淋湿了，很耐心的给我们发菜，脸上还洋溢着快乐的笑容。来到公司安排岗位，我才发现自己并没有太多的优势，学校所学的理论知识和现实还有很大的差距，一切都需要重新开始学习摸索，为此当让我选择岗位的时候，我选择了扫描这一岗位，因为它接触的人比较多，工作时间也比较紧凑，流动性大，这对于我来说是一个绝好的锻炼机会。在工作中，虽然我只是充当一名普通扫描员的角色，但我的工作也绝不仅仅是扫描那么简单，其中也是一系列的复杂程序。在这两个月的工作中，我发现要能自如的做好一项工作，无论工作是繁重、繁忙还是清闲，要用积极的态度去完成我们的每一份工作，而不是因为工作量比例的大小而去抱怨，因为抱怨是没有用的。我们更要做的是不要把事情想的太糟糕，而是要保持好的心态面对每一天。因为快乐的心态会使我们不觉的工作的疲惫与乏味。工作中我刻苦学习操作技能，在线长的培训指导下，我很快的熟悉了扫描的基本情况和扫描的岗位流程，从理论知识到实际操作，从流水线上把机台放到扫描架上，再给机台扫描及处理异常，一点一滴的学习积累，在很短的时间内我就掌握了扫描员应具备的各项操作技能。在这两个月的时间里，让我感到庆幸的是富士康集团有很好的管理制度，首先，从工作前的检查和培训来看，每一道程序是那么的仅仅有条，严格把关，一切从大局开始；其次，重视人才培养及吸纳，对于员工的意见，只要觉得可接纳的，集团会第一时间采取行动，而且对于员工的权益有明确的保护，设立了员工投诉热线；再次，由于之前公司的13跳，公司专门设立了一个员工关爱热线，很重视员工的生命；最后，公司对员工的形象和出入问题非常严格，上班要穿公司统一发的服装，并有特别的规定，每天早晚上下班还要刷卡，有的下班还要搜身。集团从总裁到员工，工作都有明确的分工，保证每位员工要充分的利用时间创造更多的价值。刚到车间不久，我们的主管就找我们谈话，希望我们提意见，我对我所扫描的工作提出了问题，因为这是关系到出货问题，所以第二天就采取了措施，在接下来的时间里我提了好多的建议，都被主管很快的接纳了，从解决问题的速度上就可以看出富士康集团为什么是在全球很有影响力的公司。但我也从中发现了公司有一个严重问题，那就是公司上下，不管是主管还是员工，他们特喜欢骂人，动不动就“他妈的”，不管员工有没有错，都会不顾对方的感受，即使有辱自尊也照常，有一次因为工作上的事我很不服的被线长连续骂几次，最后我说要投诉他，他才向我道歉了。从中我就发现了这个问题的原因所在：第一，所有员工文化水平低，最高都只是高中文凭，除了主管外，那些线长以上的基本都是自考本科文凭，这同时也引申出一个重大的问题就是我们国家将来的教育要以文化和道德素质为重点，尤其在道德素质方面要加强；第二，公司不注重德育，即使有人投诉了也于事无补，最后大家就麻木了。由于就业环境的不容乐观，竞争形式的日趋激烈，面对忧虑和压力，于是就有了像我一样的在校大学生选择了社会实践工作。打工实践时间虽然很短，但是在这段时间里，我们却可以体会一下工作的辛苦，锻炼一下意志品质，同时积累一些社会经验和工作经验。这些经验是一个大学生所拥有的“无形资产”，真正到了关键时刻，它们的作用就会显现出来。同学们，让我们从现在开始为自己不久后的就业计划做了一次提前策划，并通过实践找到自己与将来工作的契合点，为我们的就业方向做了一个指引。报告人：xxx 2010年xx月xx日
