其实不能说那个售票员做得不好，她该尽到的职责都尽到了，给老人找座，给老人报站，嘱咐老人不要摔倒，扶老人下车，只是话里话外那明显能感受到的不耐烦让人觉得难受，就差这一点就做得不到位，99分都被这1分拉不及格了。

北京服务行业中的女性一向被人们广泛谈论，就是因为她们这种好事不好好做得理不让人我是北京人我怕谁的态度，大大咧咧的人听了看了可能不在意，稍微敏感一些的人就不舒服了。
