第二：定时定量的商务写作训练
学习商务英语还需要掌握的一项重要技能就是写作，特别是一些商务邮件、信函、便条的写作。商务写作并没有大家想象那么难，都是有一定的套路可循的，在写作时把握好格式和句式就基本没有什么问题了。无论是哪种类型的商务写作都有其固定的格式，严格按照格式多做练习即可。其次就是句式，所有的商务写作都有特定的目的或者主题，例如感谢、邀请、议价等。事实上各种不同的主题内容都有相应的句式表达，能否合理利用就看自己平时积累了。

想练好口语，首先在学习单词时就要记准读音，其次需要有一个良好的语言环境，多感受地道的英语，还要多开口说，最好是在口语训练的过程中有英语好的人帮忙纠音。如果身边没有外国朋友或者很擅长英语的人可以去报一个辅导班，让老师帮忙纠音。
