我是24岁时考的2级，基本自学，21岁时学过五十音图，然后就没再读了。到23岁时为了找工作方便，从暑假7月开始认真读日语，一直到12月去考2级，2月份成绩单下来过了，并且还算不错的分数。也就是真正读日语的阶段只有5个月就从只会50音图到2级考出了。我的经验是，书必须背，买一套教科书，我是买的新世界日语1-4册，解释很详细，边学边背，背到第3册即可，第4册掌握知识点足以。背的同时记得多听配套CD。然后背2级单词书，背不出至少看熟，因为都是选择题为主，看到你会有印象。开始背单词书的同时，买历年习题来做，边做边背单词更实际，通过题目你会自然而然记住单词的。考级很容易的，但是，由于时间很短，我是正宗应试教育产物哦，说是不敢说的，但是看是完全没有问题了。另外，可以看看沪江学习网，跟学友交流一下。

有效提高俄语口语水平的方法： 很多人在练习口语，常常强调一个“练”字，其实口语提高还包括很多方面。针对这个问题，特为大家讲讲“提高口语如何去练”，希望对大家有用。 曾几何时，我们个个脑袋里都给灌进了“实用俄语” 四个字。曰之：光会考试不稀奇，听说读写皆得意。确实，语言是一种综合能力，俄语如同中文一样，掌握了听说读写的活，用起来才游刃有余，任何情况都下都悠然自得，好不得意。上回提到听力问题的解决之道，这回我再来配配这俄语口语的药方子。 话说在前头，口语的提高一个“练”字。这种必然的关系就如同吃了东西，肚子才会饱一样，饿着吧就算饿饱了，也是暂时的，不是么？似乎所有的人都或多或少自己练习过口语，可这练成的水平除了参差不齐外，还有很大一部分笔头俄语强者至今仍开不了口说俄语。其实，在我看来，“练”字不仅是练，更包含一个“勤”和一个“巧”。如何“勤”及“巧”？且看： 一、“勤” 古人云，读书“三上”，枕上，厕上，马上。虽按现代健康观念，这“三上”既容易造成各种眼疾又不卫生，易患痔疮，对身体不利。但换个角度，古人之所云正说明了读书要勤勤恳恳，要心思专注。笔者勤练口语的“勤”说的是一种态度。下定决心了，要坚持到底了，接下来笔者的“巧”才是一剂良方。 二、“巧” 任何事情讲求方法，可事半功倍。练习口语是因为它是一种工具，对于工具当然是越快掌握越好。笔者大笔一挥，开出药芯子如下几味： 1. 精挑练习材料。 练习材料的选择关系到未来我们语言层次的高低，其是我们未来语言的蓝本，所以，一定要谨慎小心，精挑细选。材料可以是诗歌，俄语美文，甚至任何你喜欢的但要在语言上有造诣的东东。2. 听录音练习口语。 练习的材料选定后，彻底地先把材料中的陌生单词，用法，意思去解决，这也有技巧，孰轻孰重，但这不是今天要探讨的话题。这些工作做停当以后，我们就要学着把那些句子，用法搬进口语。第一步就是朗读。从书面到口头的转换首先出现了一个问题：语音语调。为什么很多学中文的老外说起中文，意思可以很对，但中国人一听就知道是老外？这就是老外们的语音语调把握不好，这种情况也称不上地道的中文。学习俄语亦然。笔者推荐掌握语音语调最简单的方法：听录音模仿。不要着急，一句一句，注意仔细辩别其中的停顿，升降调，重读，省略等。记不住还可以在书上作上记号么，自己想一些点子。3. 熟读到背诵的坎坷路程。 听到背诵，大部分人一个头成了两个大。实则，笔者提出的背诵不同于传统的“背书”。呵呵，那是如何个背诵？熟练至极。根据我们按步骤2书上做好的记号和结合对录音材料反复的严格按标准语音诵读的艰苦卓绝的演练之后，我们的俄语一定已经出口成章了！但，真正有多少人可以走完这段辛苦路？笔者身边没有。别灰心，也许你可以成为第一个。 另外，不得不要提出的极其重要的一点就是：务必在进行演练时，尽可能找到空旷的室外，用你的最大声音演练。4. 通过实战提高。 俄语口语是种工具，是在人们口中说的。不仅我们需要单个的口若悬河，更需要在与别人的交流中学习，实践，提高。很多人提出每当要和别人用俄语交流或跟老外接触时都会无比紧张！笔者解答：是欠缺必要的储备。平时不管是朗读过程中也好电视报纸接触也好，遇到经典的句型，好的表达方法，我们笔头动一动，记下来，多储备一些，到用时就柴米油盐俱全啦。同时，在与人，特别是老外对话前临时准备一些常用句型，问候语，习惯语，也是可以起到稳牢阵脚的作用哦。但笔者有一事提醒，注意：一定要和口语比自己好的人或老外多做练习，否则上述效果不敢保证。很多人说自己鲜有机会能接触到老外，怎么办？笔者说，为自己创造机会吧，否则就学会在各种场景里和自己对话吧，效果差不离。去俄语角找人聊好么？笔者不作声，皱着眉说，大家自己看着办吧。 5. 听说读写触类旁通。 俄语包含听，说，读，写四个方面。上面提到了积累，听新闻，看电影，阅读报纸，杂志真的都可以为我们的口语提高提供良好的语言基础和丰富的素材。而反过来，口语的提高也为俄语其他方面的学习带来惊喜，特别是写作哦。试试看，你也有惊喜。

备考用书&使用方法
1.单词书：《新思路俄语基础词汇快速记忆宝典》；
推荐指数：⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
单词书介绍：优点：（1）从结构安排上来说，这本书分为30课，每课5部分加一个测试题，方便安排学习进度。（2）从内容上来说，单词基本都是高频词汇。备考期间，经常在我做真题时遇到当天早上刚背过的生词；而且单词右侧配例句，例句右侧配汉语翻译，背单词+练翻译一举两得。缺点：几乎没有，非要找个缺点的话，就是这书是2008年的，网上能买到的书纸质有点发黄。进度安排：我7月中旬开始，大概8月初进入状态后，按照一周学6天，3天一课，1天两部分（把测试题也算作一部分，就是一课时6部分）来安排。理想状态下，全书背一遍需要15周（前期不能进入状态时，不必用这个背诵强度难为自己）。背单词要从开始学习俄语，持续到考试前，全书最好背完两遍（第二遍背诵总时间大约是第一遍的一半），我个人是背了1.5遍。如果你开始的早，每日任务可减轻。背诵时间：早上背新词，晚上复习。背新词大约需要40分钟左右。复习时请人帮我听背检查，对方说汉语，我说俄语，即使对方完全不懂俄语也没关系。如果没有人帮忙，也可以在喜马拉雅搜索这本书，我录制了自测音频，不过音频就没办法乱序了。背诵方法：背诵时先把一个“部分”的单词过一遍，再捂住例句的翻译看例句，自己尝试翻译，一句翻完就看一句的答案，看看自己哪些地方翻译的不好，或者有哪些生词，也标出来背诵。背诵小技巧：我自己剪了一张书签样子的长条卡片，背诵时候可以先盖住汉语部分，看俄语单词是否已经认识，这样把不认识的单词用荧光笔标出来，重点记忆，会减少很多任务量。背诵效果：需要达到可以看俄语说汉语、看汉语说俄语的状态。不要求拼写，能说即可。用拼写自测的话会耗费大量时间、精力以及好心情。
关于艾宾浩斯遗忘曲线：这个是真的有用，记忆效果非常好，尽量用。
2.真题书：《考研俄语指南》（后称大红书）&《考研俄语历年真题详解》（后称蓝皮书）推荐指数：⭐⭐⭐⭐
真题书介绍：这两本书都有一些错误的地方，例如完型某个选项只有半个单词。大红书的优点是完型解释的更清晰，拓展知识点更多。蓝皮书的优点是（1）阅读有全文翻译;（2）排版行距大一点，这样方遍在真题里标注单词的意思。进度安排：每份真题有完型+4篇阅读+翻译，一天一篇，一周学习6天，一周刚好一份真题。真题可以做近10年的，如果资料充足，也可以多做一两年的。真题最好刷两遍，不过我仍然只做了1.5遍。第一遍用蓝皮书，第二遍用大红书。如果你开始备考较早，不建议直接做真题，可以先做大红书后半本的模拟题找自信（模拟题比真题简单很多），真题留到6-7月再开始。做题方法：做的时候要计时间，每篇文章20-25分钟左右，少数简单的文章可能16分钟左右就能完成。做完之后要根据译文，逐句翻译，不懂的词用荧光笔标出，查释义后写在卷子上（如下图），这个过程可能会久一点，大概40-60分钟，一开始也可能会令人痛苦不堪，坚持住。晚上复习单词的时候，要带上当天做的真题里的生词一起复习。
关于完型：完型是一个让人头疼的题型，不要急于求成，刚开始不要过于在意正确率，先做题+理解考点，后期二刷时可以自己根据大红书的解析详细整理考点（如下图），亲测效果很好。我自己整理了几份考点后，完型差不多可以达到每篇只错3个。
3.作文书：《全国高等学校俄语专业四级、专业八级考试作文解析与指导》
推荐指数：⭐⭐⭐⭐
作文书介绍：这本书里常见作文话题都有，每个话题都有好几篇范文，语句优美，难度有高有低，可以自行选择。从内容来说是很推荐的，扣了一颗星是因为，纸质太差了，很薄，排版也很密集，不适合自己在书上做标注。我买的是正版，很亏，大家可以试着买便宜的。
进度安排：考前一两个月开始即可，看你真题和单词的一刷什么时候结束。
背诵方法：自己选择大约10个经典话题，背诵范文。这些年作文话题比较创新，呈现复合话题的趋势，但是自己背好范文，临场可以组合发挥。例如22考研作文题目：《喜欢做的事》，我就糅合了“读书”和“运动”两个话题；例如21考研作文题目：《未来的城市》，就可以糅合“科技”“交通”等经典话题。
英语：
英语可以说是我比较担心的一门课，因为复习前期我对自己进行了一次自测，阅读几乎没有正确的，整张卷子也达不到40分，接下来就说说这种情况下我是怎么复习的吧。
英语也是分了前期准备和后期的三轮复习，前期其实就是一个积累期，大三上学期我把英语单词背了3遍，不是很有目的性的背，而是为了保持英语学习的持续性，每天都用不同的方式背一些：背单词书、听单词课、学词根记忆法等等，这就是前期准备。
后期就直奔主题了：第一轮彻底翻译2008年到2018年阅读题，第二轮研究每种题型，精做2010年到2016年真题，第三轮进行2017-2019年真题模拟，最后一个月开始背作文，形成自己的语言套路，最后成绩也比较理想，达到了心理预期。（甚至作文在很大程度上是我的加分项）不过我的整体复习时间比一般的考研复习周期要久，可能就不太合适不能坚持这么长时间复习的人，大家自己考虑。
政治：
资料：肖秀荣全套、徐涛8套、核心考案、徐涛视频
一般来说政治考70分就不算拉跨了，建议开始时间不要晚于10月。我学政治其实很轻松，边看徐涛视频边用肖秀荣全书划重点，第一遍基础阶段每天花费1-2h，主要把所有知识点都要标注并能够留下印象。第二遍强化阶段每天花费2h，重点是把难点加深理解，尤其是马原，并完成配套对应章节的选择题。之后就是写真题，只写选择题部分，最好把所有的错题都拍照记录，存到你的笔记中，因为错过的题很容易再错，只有不断地重复才能真正理解。之后肖四肖八会陆续出版，所有习题只做选择部分即可。最后二十天背主观题，对肖四进行精炼提纲，按照这个背肖四。
总之，政治复习不宜过迟，重点是客观题，主观题只需最后二十天认真背，考试结合材料分点作答，差距不会太大。

心态很重要
考研，考的不仅仅是知识的储备量，也是对人的意志品质的考验，更是对人的心态的考验。
说白了就是磨人，你比别人耐磨，那你可能会胜出。
到了最后要考试时候的心态就和之前完全不一样了，可能是谁相对不差，谁相对能坚持，谁相对能有耐心，那可能谁就赢了，就上岸了。
（一般3-4月份开始着手准备，差不多，不长也不短，战线拉的太长了，比如超过10个月，那人可能到最后可能会非常疲惫，坚持不下来，太短的话，时间确实不够用，考研的东西非常多，不花时间，肯定是不行的。）
个人的建议是，3月份之前开始着手准备，花点时间和精力，做个宏观的规划，对自己有个初步的了解，对考研有个初步的想法。
（比如上文提到的专业课试卷宏观分析这个时候就可以做做；英语和政治可以做一套完整的试卷，英语也可以不写作文，政治的大题可以只列出提纲，再和标准答案相比较，这样才能知道自己薄弱的地方，擅长的地方。英语和政治可以报个网课，看看视频就行了，也不贵，大概几百块钱的吧。专业课的话，还是需要一个宏观的规划的。）
但最重要的是，要按照自己的节奏，每个人的情况都不一样的。
（有人是要搏一下985，有人是搏一下211的，有人目标只是有学上的，还有跨考的，更有人是辞职考研的，所以依据自身的情况出发，调整心态，制定切实可行的计划是非常重要的。）
你得先让自己知道，到底有几分的把握能上岸，到底复习到什么程度才可以上岸。
以上的这些工作的目的有三个：
一来是看看自己是否适合考取硕士研究生，那种三天打鱼两天晒网的肯定是不行的；
二来是看看自己到底有多少胜算，有多大的把握，能否承受考不上的风险；
三来则是为制定接下来的计划打个基础。
现在这个阶段应该已经开始报名了吧，大家的学校基本确定了，可能会觉得有一种归属感的，感觉自己就是这个学校的人，相应的可能会没有那么紧张了。
而且，随着大家复习程度的加深，遍数的增多，急躁、焦虑与紧张等负面情绪会越来越少，到现在这个时候基本上是心如止水，非常平静。
即使题目有不会的或者是没有见过的，也能够从容面对，而不是像之前那样，不知道从哪里下手。
劳逸结合，高效复习
考研是系统性工程，不能一味的学习，也需要动静结合，劳逸结合，有自己的休息和解压的方式。
（实话实说，考研的压力肯定是大的，不管是看剧、逛街、发呆玩手机等静态放松方式，还是打球、跑步、吃喝等动态放松方式都可以，只要是自己身心放松了就好了，只有休息好了，才能更好地投入到学习中来。）
效率是非常关键的，如果今天觉得自己非常不适合学习，那就别学习了，可能坐了一上午，啥也看不进去，啥也背不进去，还不如出去玩逛逛，放松一下的，回来更好的学习也不迟。

不要没有目标这是最需要注意的一个问题：我为什么要学习俄语？只是单纯的感兴趣？还是想多学一门语言增加竞争力？也可能是考试要用、工作中需要？或者要出国留学，需要先过语言关？抑或想要去俄语国家旅游……原因是什么不重要，重要的是要找到这个原因，因为它直接关系到你的自学之路能走多远。只有坚定了自己的目标，接下来的自学之路才能顺利地走下去。不要盲目开始在开始之前，先对自己的情况和条件做一下评估：首先自己有没有语言的学习经验？如果英语或者别的语言已经学习的很好，并且有自己一套语言学习方法，那么俄语学习也会相对轻松。其次，自己能找到的资源有哪些？如果身边有学俄语或者说俄语的朋友，不妨找他们请教一下学习方法和资源，并且他们可以帮助你检测学习成果，给予反馈，这会让你自学俄语少走很多弯路。同时这个查找资源的能力还包括去网页、各种APP上查找相关的学习资源，不论是文本、还是教学视频、影音资料，都可以帮助我们学习一门新的语言。不要三天打鱼学习语言不是一蹴而就的，坚持非常重要。为了避免自己三分钟热度，在设立好目标之后，我们可以制定一个详尽的计划：我需要在多长时间内达自己的这个目标？那么每天需要学习多少内容？这些内容可以分割成几块，分别在每天的什么时间学习？如果计划的可行性很高， 我们每天学习到的新知识都能给自己满足感，那么这样的一个正反馈机制就能帮助我们持续学习下去，直到达成最后的目标。不要自学发音众所周知，俄语属于基里尔字母，和英文的拉丁字母有很大的区别，而且俄语中存在几个独特的发音，是我们所熟悉的汉语、英语中没有的，所以建议大家不要自学发音，尽量找专业教学视频进行模仿，随即再请老师或者俄罗斯人进行检查纠正。因为语音训练是存在记忆的，一旦发音器官习惯了这种方式，再纠正起来是很难的。并且俄语面貌是语言的“第一张脸”，重要性不言而喻，所以一口标准的语音对语言学习者是非常重要的。不要单拎语法俄语的语法体系非常复杂，而且与汉语、英语都不同，俄语中存在各种变格变位，句子的语序也略有差别，所以一开始学习语法的时候，很多专有名词和独特的语法规则会让初学者摸不着头脑。 这时我们要注意不能着急，某些规则如果看不懂，可以加大语言材料的输入，比如多读一些对话，多背一些课文，慢慢地你会发现，很多规则你已经无师自通，因为你对俄语的表达方式逐渐熟悉。见得多了，自己都逐渐总结出了一些规律。自学最大的优势是可以自己掌控节奏，自己安排时间。不过这也是自学最大的劣势，因为这要求每个人都要做出最适合自己的计划和安排，同时增强自己的自控力。

1.说明利弊题型
这种题型往往要求先说明一下现状，再对比事物本身的利弊，有时也会单从一个角度（利或弊）出发，最后往往要求考生表明自己的态度。
