自考本科2022年新政策如下：
1、部分地区限制外地户籍报考

早在2018年，北京市自考报名条件中便公布了外地户籍限制报考的相关规定，明确外地户籍报考需持有《北京市居住证》。
2、考试时间趋于“全国统考”
2021年北京教育考试院发布公告称，自2022年起将北京自考笔试课程考试时间统一调整至全国统考周，不再安排其他时间考试。
3、部分学校增加学位证授予条件
自考学位证和毕业证是两个不同的证书，学士学位是高等教育本科阶段授予的学位名称，它与毕业证是相互独立的，并不会影响本科毕业。
但学位证对于我们未来考公、考研、留学或者是求职中发挥的重要作用不可忽视。近年来，各个院校对于学位证的发放也越来越严格。部分大学已经表示将于2022年开始实施对于颁发学位证的新规定。
4、部分专业取消授予学位证
根据2019年7月教育部颁布的《学士学位授权与授予管理办法》中的相关规定，近年来部分学校专业已经开始取消授予学位证以跟进自考全面全面改革政策，多所院校专业将不再授予学位证书。
5、自考本科学位英语改革
