自考英语邮件作文格式模板

1、利弊分析型作文模板：

思路：1、描述现象 2、介绍观点（第二段，利；第三段，弊）3、作者观点/结论？

2、图表型作文模版：

思路 第一段，结合图表，将图表的信息描述清楚，点出主题。

第二段，围绕主题展开讨论，分析原因。

第三段，结合上段讨论，发表自己针对这种现象的评论，说明危害，重申自己观。

作文取高分难，但拿到个相对高的分数还是不太难的，特别是作文拿到20分以上应该说比较容易。参考以往考生经验（主要感谢一下论坛老人“金翅膀”），自己总结加工了几类模板，水平不高，主要为大家开阔思路、提供一个参考，表见笑。

大家用模板的时候总担心与别人雷同，如果单纯背诵抄袭模板那就太低级了。模板主要为我们提供框架和行文思路，首先，根据题目我们要能知道大概结构和一些标志性语句；其次，要给模板赋予自己的个性，这样作文既写得还不错，也不会雷同了。图画类作文图片类型有单图片（双图片）说明和双图片对比说明。我根据自己的想法，进行了以下简单分类，几种不同类型的作文模板，各有不同组织框架，根据框架行文风格可分为：

对比类：对同一事物的不同选择；面对困难、机遇、责任、失败、追求 批判类：对社会不好现象的批评；污染、浪费、交通、抄袭、啃老、食品 议论类：对社会热点问题的议论；网友、崇拜、就业、网络、中西文化 正气类：弘扬社会正气，高尚品德等。

英文写email格式模板如下：

1、英文邮件开头：你在写作正式的英文邮件时， 往往在开头要进行自我介绍， 包括自己的姓名， 身份， 院校或工作单位， 这样才能让收信人对你有一定的了解。 而在非正式邮件中， 基本是不用再自我介绍。 除此之外， 在邮件一开始通常要有基本的礼貌问候。

2、英文邮件主体：Email主体的第一部分是陈述来信目的， 直截了当地让收信人明白这封信的主要内容。 如果你要陈述一项工作或告知一个事项时， 往往要阐述清楚相关事情的时间地点， 安排和必要的联系方式。 在表达的时候， 要简洁精练， 将信息传达到位的同时不要过于冗长。

3、英文邮件结尾：一般来说， 结尾需要重复上文最主要的事情， 然后表达对收到来信的期待， 以及对收信人的礼貌问候。 这样能够在收信人那里留下一个好印象。 一般来说， 最常用的礼貌结束语有： “Sincerely”， “Warm wishes”， “Yours truly”等等。

Formal Email和Casual Email的区别

1、邮件发送对象。

Formal Email： 发送给你原本就不太熟悉的人， 也可能是上司， 专家， 教授或客户， 甚至是一个正在合作的公司。Casual Email： 一般是发送给你比较熟悉的人， 例如同事， 朋友， 家人。

2、写作风格。

Formal Email： 正式文件一般谈及工作内容或正事， 那么你的语气也会更加严肃认真， 尽量避免使用俚语， 缩写或表情符号。Casual Email： 非正式邮件往往谈一些日常的事务， 语气方面可以随意一些， 可以使用表情符号， 缩写等一系列非正式的表达。

一、英语书信的常见写作模板 开头部分： How nice to hear from you again. Let me tell you something about the activity. I’m glad to have received your letter of Apr. 9th. I’m pleased to hear that you’re coming to China for a visit. I’m writing to thank you for your help during my stay in America. 结尾部分： With best wishes. I’m looking forward to your reply. I’d appreciate it if you could reply earlier. 二、口头通知常见写作模板 呼语及开场白部分： Ladies and gentlemen, May I have your attention, please? I have an announcement to make. 正文部分： All the teachers and students are required to attend it. Please take your notebooks and make notes. 英语作文邮件的格式通常如下：收件人邮件地址日期Dear [收件人称呼],正文内容。Best regards/Sincerely/Regards/Thank you,[发件人姓名]其中，收件人邮件地址、日期、发件人姓名等信息应该放在邮件的顶部，分别占据一行。在写信的开头，可以用 "Dear" 后加上收件人的称呼，例如 "Dear Mr/Ms [收件人的姓氏]"。然后，在正文部分，可以写下自己想要表达的内容。在信末，可以使用一些礼貌的结束语，例如 "Best regards"、"Sincerely"、"Regards" 或 "Thank you" 等。最后，签上自己的姓名。当然，也可以根据自己的需要和情况，适当地添加或删除邮件的某些部分，以使邮件符合自己的需求。

英语作文邮件格式如下：

1、信头：指发信人的地址和日期。写在信纸的右上角，可以从靠近信纸的中央写起。信头上面要留空白。先写发信人地址。地址的写法与汉语不同，要先写小地方，后写大地方。在地址的下面写上日期。日期的顺序是：月、日、年，或者：日、月、年。例如：may 17 XX。在年份之前有一个逗号。

2、称呼：指对收信人的称呼。写在信头之下，从信纸的左边开始。写信给熟悉的人，一般用dear…或my dear…作称呼。如：dear li lei，dear miss thomas或my dear dad.

3、信的正文：指信的主体部分。从称呼的下一行第一段顶边写。从第二段起每段第一个词都缩进3或5个字母写。

4、结束语：指正文下面的结尾客套话。一般从信纸的中央靠右写起，第一个字母大写，末尾用一逗号。在非正式的社交信中，常用yours或sincerely。假如对方是亲密的朋友，可用sincerely yoursyours等。

5、签名：指发信人签名。写在结束语的下面，稍偏右。
