符合学位条件的自学考试本科毕业生，由有学位授予权的主考学校依照有关规定，授予学士学位。
答题卡长什么样图片如下：
教资科目二答题卡如下图，拿到答题卡第一件事就是写上自己的姓名、准考证号等信息，然后贴上条形码，最后开始做题。手写的姓名和准考证号要与条形码上的姓名和准考证号一致。如果不小心忘记贴条形码，那手写的个人信息也是有效的。
除了答题卡正面填写个人信息，背面也需要填写，部分地区会承认答题卡有效，但前提是你的正面信息要完整，也有部分地区不承认，为了稳妥起见，大家还是写一下。
填涂答题卡必备工具
1、2B铅笔（现在商店都有专卖的涂卡笔，一套笔＋铅芯，记住是2B铅笔，而不是其他HB铅笔）。
2、0.5mm黑色签字笔（建议买两支，万一掉地上摔坏了还有个备用的）。
3、橡皮（建议买两块）。
4、尺子（尺子为非必需品，按需求自行携带）。
注意事项：
1、忘记填姓名、准考证号。
拿到试卷第一件事就是填好姓名、座位号、准考证号（用黑色钢笔或中性笔）、贴上条形码，其次才开始做题。
如果忘记贴条形码或条形码损坏，手写信息有效；如果忘记手写或者书写有误，因为是机器阅卷，所以以条形码信息为准。其次，除了答题卡正面要填写姓名与座位号，背面也要填写（前提是正面信息完整）。
2、忘记涂卡、未按要求涂卡。
以下是《综合素质》模拟卷答题卡，题号排列顺序是从上到下，再从左到右（★由于笔试有AB卷，答题卡排序可能不同），考生要看清题号涂答题卡哦。
3、小学教学设计忘记涂学科。
考小学科目二的注意，最后一道教学设计题一定要用2B铅笔涂黑学科，然后进行作答。
其次，笔试教学设计题作答的学科与面试试讲学科不冲突，如果你笔试作答的是语文学科，面试的时候允许可以选择其他学科报考。

自考答题卡通过2B铅笔把空格涂满就可以了，跟高考的一样，涂满后机器才会有显示的，我也是自考了两年，在中鹏学了两年，所以经历了好多次考试，都了解的透透的了。
1.必须使用2B铅笔进行填涂2.必须按照规范要求进行填涂涂点大小以涂满小方框为准；填涂应有一定的黑度，黑度以盖住印在答题卡上的字母为准，如果填涂太浅，可能会被计算机认为该选项没有填涂。
