考生应保持答题卡的卷面整洁，不得在答题卡上做任何标记，不得将答题卡折叠、损毁。考试过程中，如遇答题卡破损或被水浸湿等异常情况，需更换答题卡的，可向监考老师提出申请更换。但不得延长考试时间。

填涂答题卡必备工具

3、橡皮（建议买两块）。
4、尺子（尺子为非必需品，按需求自行携带）。
注意事项：
1、忘记填姓名、准考证号。
拿到试卷第一件事就是填好姓名、座位号、准考证号（用黑色钢笔或中性笔）、贴上条形码，其次才开始做题。
如果忘记贴条形码或条形码损坏，手写信息有效；如果忘记手写或者书写有误，因为是机器阅卷，所以以条形码信息为准。其次，除了答题卡正面要填写姓名与座位号，背面也要填写（前提是正面信息完整）。
2、忘记涂卡、未按要求涂卡。

3、小学教学设计忘记涂学科。
考小学科目二的注意，最后一道教学设计题一定要用2B铅笔涂黑学科，然后进行作答。

自考答题卡通过2B铅笔把空格涂满就可以了，跟高考的一样，涂满后机器才会有显示的，我也是自考了两年，在中鹏学了两年，所以经历了好多次考试，都了解的透透的了。
1.必须使用2B铅笔进行填涂2.必须按照规范要求进行填涂涂点大小以涂满小方框为准；填涂应有一定的黑度，黑度以盖住印在答题卡上的字母为准，如果填涂太浅，可能会被计算机认为该选项没有填涂。
